At Maru’s Kitchen, we’re more than just a catering business—we’re a family sharing the food we grew up with. Rooted in generations of tradition, we are a mother-and-son team passionate about bringing the real taste of Mexico to Australia. From our grandpa’s slow-cooked Birria recipe to handmade tortillas and rich, smoky salsas, every dish we serve carries the story of our heritage.
